• 6+ months banking or financial industry experience.
• 6+ months experience in a virtual environment.
• 6+ months experience in a call center.
• Strong ability to engage with customers and share solutions.

• Comfort with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
