Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with application guidance, rebate processing, and data entry in our Madison office. You’ll join a collaborative team and gain hands-on experience in customer support and program operations in a structured environment.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 0–1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience or strong interest in learning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support Spanish- and English-speaking customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Help applicants understand program requirements and gather missing information.
• Review and process rebate applications following guidelines.
• Enter and update application information in internal systems.
• Check applications and documents to ensure program requirements are met.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
• Support team training and documentation updates.
