CLEAResult is seeking a Marketing Outreach Specialist in East Lansing, MI. The role focuses on communicating our appliance recycling program to retailers, training staff, and building strong relationships across Consumers Energy electric territories.

Travel is required to cover Michigan markets and support retail initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in a related field, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in related field recommended.
• Willingness to travel 60-75% across Michigan’s lower peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate enduring partnerships with existing retailers and expand our network across Consumers Energy electric territories.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for new retail partners and maintain ongoing communication through emails and calls.
• Travel 60-75% across Michigan’s lower peninsula with a company vehicle to cover key markets.
• Work with the CE marketing team to refine marketing materials and provide field feedback.
• Collaborate with the channel delivery team to shape and negotiate innovative retail initiatives.
• Lead creative campaigns such as the appliance pipeline process and multifamily customer initiatives.
• Generate comprehensive retail performance reports and statistics to monitor progress.
