Job summary

CLEAResult in Michigan is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead residential energy efficiency program operations. You will supervise the team, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations with accuracy in data and documentation.

The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and field teams to maintain program performance and policy compliance. The ideal candidate has two to four years in program operations and at least two years in people management, with strong data

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience in program operations.
• Two or more years of people management experience.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Experience with residential energy efficiency or utility programs (preferred).
• DOT requirements as applicable and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the operations team, supervise, coach, and develop team members, set schedules and coverage, and balance workload during busy seasons.
• Manage workflow and cross-functional coordination across program support and field teams; resolve escalations and simplify processes.
• Track performance and KPIs, monitor turnaround times, quality, productivity, and customer experience; report results to leadership.
• Uphold policy and compliance, ensure data and documentation are audit-ready and aligned with client requirements and company policy.
• Support resources and budget, forecast staffing needs, track hours and program costs, and flag variances early.
• Manage IQ Ops financial processes including invoice validation, AP payments, PO requisitions, and change orders to ensure timely partner payments.
• Maintain program data accuracy and accessibility for reporting across teams.
