CLEAResult is hiring an entry-level Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Madison, WI. You will assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers, help applicants navigate program requirements, and process rebate applications with attention to detail.

You will enter data in internal systems, perform quality checks, and support team training. This onsite role requires commuting to the Madison office and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with 0–1 year of customer service/administrative experience.
• Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Spanish- and English-speaking customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Help applicants understand program requirements and gather missing information.
• Review and process rebate applications following guidelines.
• Enter and update application information in internal systems.
• Check documents for program eligibility and accuracy.
• Support training, documentation updates, and teammate assistance.
