Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities include providing order status information, handling calls and walk-ins, processing orders, maintaining accounts, and assisting management with administrative tasks. The role supports a broad benefits package and offers an hourly pay range of $21.00–$22.50.

• Process Brady Sales Representative phone in orders and act as point of contact for open orders.

• Pull MSDS and copy as required for customers.
• Research customer problems and follow through to resolution.
• Provide admin support for management including report generation and data processing.
• Greet guests and direct phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients.
• Processes customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures.
• Process orders Brady Sales Representative phone in and act as point of contact regarding open orders.
• Maintain various accounts and review open orders.
• Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers.
• Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution.
• Provide Admin support for management including, but not limited to, report generation, data processing, and filing.
• Greet guests
• Taking phone calls and direct them to the appropriate line
• Filling
• Other projects assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.50 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
