Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 months related experience ok.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proficient PC skills and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service via phone and chat for Access programs.
• Process orders, deposits, track shipments, and answer questions.
• Handle administrative tasks arising from calls or chats.
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
• Other duties assigned by management.
