Job summary

The Customer Service Representative at TKC Holdings, Inc. will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers in the St. Louis area. You will place orders, answer questions about order status, and handle returns with product knowledge.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus and a monthly performance bonus up to $300. Full-time with benefits, training Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, shift options include 2pm-11pm and Sat 10am-4pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet availability including days, evenings, Saturdays and holidays.
• Attend four-week training 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone voice.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support for Access Securepak and Access Corrections.
• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments, and answer questions.
• Perform administrative tasks arising from calls/chats.
• Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
