You will follow established policies for repairs, returns, and field service while maintaining records of activity and referring non-standard issues to senior staff. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma/GED, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries by telephone, fax, email, text or other media.
• Review and troubleshoot customer problems and initiate standard actions for repair, replacement, or return.
• Refer non-standard problems to senior staff and maintain records of activity.
• Follow company policies and provide information from published materials as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
