Responsibilities

• Handle a high-volume inbound calls and emails from businesses and customers.
• Research account details and navigate three internal systems.
• Process refunds, replacements, invoices, and item adjustments.
• Open, track, and resolve customer requests with proper documentation.
• Communicate effectively with field Sales and Service teams.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, QA, and attendance.
