Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be onsite at 3067 East Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78220. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, manage accounts, and process refunds, replacements, invoices, and item adjustments across three systems.

The right candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while meeting KPIs such as CSAT, QA scores, and adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a demanding Office / Customer Service Environment.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook / Word / Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails from businesses and customers.
• Research account details and navigate across 3 internal systems.
• Process refunds, replacements, invoices, and item adjustments.
• Open, track, and resolve customer requests with accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including field Sales and Service representatives.
• Meet key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction surveys and QA scores.
