Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They must stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3646, located at: 13220 Wisteria Dr Ste N3, Germantown, MD 20874, and may be required to work in surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company requires a review of criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
