Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Store associates are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The selected individual will work at Store #723924, located at 1201 Franklin St NE, Washington, DC 20017-2404, and may also work at surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius.
