Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work in stores around Vancouver, WA. This full-time role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending Sherwin-Williams products, and delivering outstanding service to drive store sales.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock levels.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and setup displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and make deliveries as needed.
