Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend the right paint solutions. This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and includes sales responsibilities.

Position covers stores within a 10 mile radius of Pasco, WA (Store #708966) and pays $19.25 per hour. The role involves evenings/weekends and customer-facing responsibilities in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and knowledge of products offered.
• Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
