Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Brighton/Hartland areas is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and ensure high satisfaction while meeting store sales goals.

You will work at store locations #5195, #1442, and #1224, handle transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, assist in deliveries, and stay knowledgeable about products to discuss options with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications and assist in deliveries as needed.
