Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Full-time availability with 20+ hours per week.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
• Able to analyze problems.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Efficient and accurate in duties.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Type at least 30 WPM.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of delighting the customer.
• Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that serve them best.
• Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services.
• Work independently and professionally.
