• Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills.

• Able to type 30+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of delightful customers.
• Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them best.
• Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers' needs.
• Work independently and professionally.
