Job summary

Uline seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Braselton, GA. You will handle orders, answer questions by phone, email and chat, and deliver legendary service using our world-class tools. You will build relationships, resolve issues, upsell products and navigate ordering portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
