Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for on-site work at our Georgia branch. You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build strong customer relationships via phone, email, and chat.

The role includes training, growth opportunities, and a focus on delivering legendary service in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate with customers to provide solutions, navigate our website, and recommend the best Uline products to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.
• On-site employment at all locations.
