Pay-O-Matic is seeking a Front-Line CSR for our Bronx, NY location. As a Full-Time Overnight role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, handle POS transactions, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation while adhering to security policies.

Fluency in English and Spanish, experience with Microsoft Office, and availability to float to nearby stores are required. The role offers benefits and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Previous experience handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Must be available to work (float) at nearby locations when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Use Point-Of-Sale (POS) system for all transactions.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage POS operations.
• Maintain secure practices and comply with banking-related rules.
• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and cash.
