Job summary

Pay-O-Matic is seeking a CSR for a full-time in-person role at our New York location. You will handle customer service, perform POS transactions, and assist with money transfers, ensuring accuracy and security in daily operations.

Fluency in English and Spanish, plus experience with MS Office, are required. Weekend and shift flexibility apply, with a 12:00 pm–9:00 pm Thursday–Monday pattern in our Columbus Ave store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
• Use Point-Of-Sale (POS) system for all transactions.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Process money transfer transactions and efficiently manage point of sale operations.
• Adhere to company security policies and banking compliance rules.
• Maintain a harmonious work environment with colleagues through mutual respect.
• Sustain loss prevention protocols and store standards.
• Manage company funds with daily reconciliations and accurate records.
