Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers find the right solutions while meeting store sales goals. The role involves in-person and phone support, tinting/mixing products, and maintaining displays at Store #701182 in Lower Burrell, PA.

Eligible candidates should be at least 18, legally able to work in the U.S., fluent in English with Spanish beneficial, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read/write/communicate in English; reading/writing in Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating and complete HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist in-store and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory control.
• Stock shelves, display products and load/unload deliveries.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
