Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #705014 in Hampton, VA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and ensure excellent service to meet store sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries while maintaining store standards. Applicants must be 18+, English/Spanish literate, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish literacy also required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries.
