Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #703111 in Scottsbluff, NE. You’ll help customers choose the right paints and accessories, answer questions, and process sales with accuracy.

You will support stock displays, assist with deliveries, and maintain product knowledge to drive sales while delivering excellent service. The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must read, write, and communicate in English
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion and 50 lbs. frequently
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in making deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
