Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Braselton, GA on-site location. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and deliver solution-focused service to customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; we'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
