Full-time on-site shifts are available with competitive pay from $26 to $30 per hour and growth opportunities. Training is provided to develop product knowledge, pricing, and shipping expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided for eager learners.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in spoken and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries using provided technology.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
