We seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support, manage calls and mail, assist in attorney calendars, greet walk-in clients, and handle payments with accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, prior customer service experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual - Spanish and English required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Open to weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the company.
• Handle incoming mail and high-volume calls.
• Assist in scheduling attorney calendars.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients with consultation forms.
• Organize and file legal documents.
• Take payments and manage client invoices.
