DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in El Paso to serve residents with information and assistance on essential municipal services.

You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries and logging service requests to ensure timely outcomes. You will collaborate with city departments and maintain professionalism, delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment or 2 years customer service experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required (read, write, and speak)
