Job Description

Day to Day Duties :

• Customer service representative in inbound clinical call center
  


• Answer an array of questions from policy members (ID cards, primary care physicians, specialists, etc.)


• Multi‑task to perform data entry, research and document calls

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm

Pay Rate: $14.00-15.00
