Job Description

• The HIPP/IPPA Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis. In addition other function duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination. The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned.
• Take inbound calls from clients
• Function based processes
• Accurately enter case notes into PIER database
• Maintain quality score of 97 or better
• Special research
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is a must.
