Job summary

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Retention Specialist

Location: Andover, MA Pay:$21- $23/hour(based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Retention Specialist to join our client's team in Andover, MA. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to existing customers with the goal of understanding their concerns, addressing objections, and retaining their business. This is a great opportunity for someone who's persuasive, empathetic, and comfortable navigating conversations in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to current customers who are considering canceling or downgrading services
• Listen actively to customer concerns and identify the root cause of dissatisfaction
• Present tailored solutions, offers, or incentives to retain the customer relationship
• Document call outcomes, customer feedback, and retention actions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly retention and call volume targets
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when needed
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented tone on every call - in both languages

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, retention, or a call center environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and problem-solve
• Comfortable with high call volume and outbound calling
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM/phone systems quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to work on-site in Andover, MA
