Access to Healthcare Network is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to serve as the first point of contact for the HIV Services Division. The role involves answering calls, triaging inquiries, and scheduling appointments for HIV services eligibility and health coverage enrollment.

The CSR will document interactions in our systems, coordinate with the Eligibility Supervisor, and support outreach during Open Enrollment periods, ensuring access to services for vulnerable

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations or in healthcare/social services strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer, screen, and triage incoming calls in a professional, compassionate, and efficient manner.
• Schedule appointments for HIV Services eligibility, case management, and health insurance enrollment using AHN systems.
• Document all client interactions accurately in AHN databases and management systems.
• Collaborate with the Eligibility Supervisor and HIV Services team to ensure efficient handling of client needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings; support operations during high-demand periods.
