Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required to connect with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Review and process customer transactions accurately.
• Assist in account management and payments.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure security procedures.
• Attend on-site events and participate in community outreach.
• Work full-time with in-person attendance including weekends.
• Stay compliant with company policies and applicable laws.
