Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Paris, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help customers access short-term financial solutions. The role focuses on building relationships, processing transactions, and delivering an in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Offer personalized financial services that fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data precisely in the POS system.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by handling payments and appointments.
• Support on-site tasks including store opening/closing and vault management as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and uphold cleanliness standards for customer experience.
• Follow company policies and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
