Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to help customers with their financial needs while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and daily outreach, while training across our eleven brands nationwide.

A high school diploma and at least one year in customer service are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Minimum 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform duties outside the office when applicable, including on-site visits and store errands.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain store security, vault and cash drawer procedures.
• Support compliance with policies and laws; conduct audits and prepare reports.
• Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs and scheduling maintenance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attend additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
