Job summary

LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our Chandler, AZ team. The role involves assisting customers with loan inquiries, evaluating vehicles for loan purposes, and managing loan accounts while maintaining professional and accurate communication.

Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with Sunday off. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, weekly pay, and paid time off after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist potential and current customers with loan inquiries and account management.
