Job summary

LoanStar Title Loans is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company, assisting customers with loan inquiries, processing payments, evaluating vehicles, and managing loan accounts.

Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and clear communication in every interaction.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan inquiries.
• Process payments and payments-related tasks.
• Evaluate vehicles as part of loan assessment.
• Manage loan accounts and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate, professional communication with customers.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at LoanStar Title Loans, you’ll be the face of our company—assisting customers with loan inquiries, processing payments, evaluating vehicles, and managing loan accounts. You’ll deliver outstanding service through daily communication with customers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
