Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and process transactions while upholding store standards. You will help maintain inventory, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and ensure accurate records.

Bilingual English/Spanish abilities and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs are expected. This role requires 18+ years, legal work status, valid driver's license, and availability to work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must have a “meets expectations” rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
