Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: at least eighteen years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must read/write/communicate in English
• Must read/write/communicate in Spanish
• Valid unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock information
• Stock shelves, tint and mix products per customer specifications
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
• Maintain clean and presentable store areas and inventory
• Stay knowledgeable on product offerings and options
