Job summary

Uline Kenosha is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver legendary service by handling orders, answering questions and guiding customers through online ordering. You will train with best-in-class programs and grow with a stable, expanding company while supporting 24/7 on-site operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, product recommendations, and building relationships across channels—phone, email and chat—with a focus on English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
