Uline is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, WI. This on-site, full-time role involves handling orders, providing product and pricing information, and guiding customers through online ordering with a focus on delivering legendary service.

You will interact via phone, email and chat, becoming a product expert and building lasting relationships with customers. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a stable company.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
