China Jushi USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to complex inquiries, verify and process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years in customer service, 2+ years in claims processing, and bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and full-time benefits are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years claims processing.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews claims or appeals issues, complaints, and inquiries referred by claims customer service representatives to determine if desk procedures and guidelines were followed.
• Researches to identify underlying causes and determine ways to prevent and correct such causes.
• Identifies and reports potential fraud and abuse situations.
• Researches and responds to complex customer inquiries, ensuring that contract standards and objectives for timeliness, productivity and quality are met.
• Examines and processes claims and/or non-medical appeals according to business/contract regulations, internal standards, and examining guidelines.
• Assist with process improvements by recommending improvements in procedures and policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
