UnitedHealth Group is seeking a bilingual onsite representative in Flushing, NY to handle face-to-face member services for M&R and DSNP members. You will explain benefits, resolve claims, provide translations, and assist with government program applications at a busy retail site.

The role requires English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency, evening outreach events, and the ability to work a full-time onsite schedule within 9:00am–5:30pm hours. Training and benefits are provided.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to obtain Health license after 6 months

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person member services for M&R and DSNP members in languages (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Explain benefits, resolve claims and billing issues
• Assist members with government program applications and translations
• Support quality programs and member education events
• Promote enrollment and conduct outreach at retail sites
