Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required for daily communication with the China-based team.
• English communication skills required to coordinate with local warehouse staff.
• Experience in warehouse customer service, inventory, or receiving.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); ECCANG experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Must be available to work on-site during 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (W-2 position).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from the China-based customer service team regarding receiving progress, inventory status, and warehouse exceptions.
• Track inbound shipments and follow up with warehouse staff to ensure timely receiving updates.
• Verify receiving and inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and receiving issues, coordinate solutions, and follow up through resolution.
• Maintain accurate communication records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to provide accurate information and support daily operations.
