Job summary

Lowe’s in Kahului, HI seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and support departments with daily tasks, loading merchandise when needed.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty shelves and restructuring shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
