Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Hawaii. You’ll welcome customers, help them find products and services, and maintain an organized store environment. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, resolve questions, and support multiple departments based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer
• Six months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to perform duties with standing/sitting as required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
