Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Hawaii to greet customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service across departments. You’ll answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

The role involves stocking, processing orders, and training across stores to enhance service quality. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, retail experience, and a willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving data.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Department trade certification (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
