Job summary

TTI Power Equipment is hosting an onsite job fair in Anderson, SC and is hiring bilingual Customer Service Associates to join the Customer Engagement Department. Location: 100 Innovation Way, Anderson SC 29621.

Shifts are first shift, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with starting pay at $17.11/hr and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service/call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with callers.

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center & distributor calls regarding company policies.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers.
• Provide helpful direction to callers dealing with warranty & non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy.
• Provide callers with location to purchase parts & receive repair service.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and stock availability and status of order to customers.
