Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) for a mid shift 11:00am-7:30pm in Carteret, NJ. The role focuses on building rapport with clients, accurate data entry for shipping/receiving, and timely order processing to support site operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, running shipments from the WMS, inventory reporting, and coordinating with other departments to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during varying seasons.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate related paperwork for customer work orders.
• Expedite orders and trace as required, notify customers of activity.
• Ensure proper invoicing and data accuracy.
